Barracudas Lose to Raptors, 5-3
|
Antelope Valley rode a decent outing from starter Guillermo Romero to victory over the Brick Barracudas at Old League Park. The final score was 5-3. The Raptors are now 64-91, while the Barracudas fall to 100-55.
The Raptors got a big at-bat from right fielder Juan Blanco. For the game, Blanco went 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the third, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Antelope Valley a 2-1 lead.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Romero said after the game.
