 | Chicago-Mepkin Abbey Deal Confirmed Monday, October 16th, 2034 Officials for Chicago confirmed that they have traded 30-year-old LF Flint Francis and a 6th round draft pick to the Mepkin Abbey Monks. In return, the Reapers will receive 36-year-old C Steve Jones, a 3rd round draft pick and a 10th round draft pick. Mepkin Abbey will retain a portion of Jones's remaining contract. This year Francis has hit at a .301 clip with 89 hits, 2 home runs, 20 RBIs and 28 runs scored. Presently Jones is batting .245 with 11 home runs and 38 RBIs. He has played in 124 games and scored 46 times. |   |
