Reapers Deal Aguilar to Meerkats for Smith Monday, May 14th, 2035 There were plenty of hugs and handshakes all around as 31-year-old LHP Jorge Aguilar left the Chicago Reapers today en route to joining the Milwaukee Meerkats organization. 24-year-old LF Tim Smith and a 10th round draft pick will be traveling to Chicago Reapers to complete the swap. This season Aguilar has been credited with no saves in 8 relief appearances. In 5.2 innings he has a 0-1 won-lost mark, 4.76 ERA and 2 strikeouts Presently Smith is batting .300 with 3 hits and 1 home run. He has knocked in 3 runs and scored 1 times. |
