Hornets End Hendricks's Streak Thursday, May 24th, 2035 The 21-game hitting streak of George Hendricks has come to an end. The Milwaukee Meerkats left fielder went 0-for-4 today in his team's 7-4 loss to the Philadelphia Hornets at Old League Park. "It's not just George who came up short today," Meerkats manager Drake Olson said in his postgame press conference. "This was a team loss." In the 2035 season Hendricks is hitting .342 with 3 home runs. |
