Recovery Slow For Meerkats Roy Nickerson Saturday, June 9th, 2035 Milwaukee second baseman Roy Nickerson has suffered a setback in his recovery from a stiff back. According to Meerkats officials, he will be out of action for 4 days. "Doctors are concerned with the rate of healing and have decided that Nickerson will need additional time in rehab before he will be cleared to play," one team spokesman explained to reporters. So far this year Nickerson is hitting .302 with 5 home runs. |
