Kyle Collins put on a hitting clinic today as the Bountiful HS Vendetta dumped the Glendale HS Goths 22-3 at Bountiful HS Grounds.

The Bountiful HS catcher made Glendale HS defenders earn their pay, lashing Glendale HS pitching for 6 hits in 7 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it."

"Too often I try too hard to pull the ball," Collins said in his postgame press conference. "Today, I just went with the pitch."

Kyle Collins singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th.
