Hurricanes Drop Another One
The Chicago Reapers picked up a win at Old League Park, knocking off the Atlanta Hurricanes, 4-0. Starting pitcher Toyoshige Takahashi played a key role in the triumph. With the loss, Atlanta sinks to 0-6.

The Reapers got a big at-bat from shortstop Dewey Wilson. For the game, Wilson was 1-3 with a triple. He drove in 3 runs. In the top of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run triple. His 1st triple of the season gave Chicago a 2-0 lead.

"I felt we were ready to go," said Chicago manager Luke Farthing. "Our pregame was pretty good."
