Fans who congregated at Old League Park were treated to extra-inning drama.

The Atlantics faced a stiff challenge from Atlanta pitcher Miguel De La Torre, but persevered to claim a win at Old League Park. The final score was 2-1. De La Torre went 9 innings and allowed 1 run. Losses have been rare for the Hurricanes, who are now 16-7.

The Atlantics relied on center fielder Brendon Austin for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the tenth, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Atlanta manager Frank Ferrara.
