Jones Helps New Orleans Cruise to 12-3 Win
The home crowd had a good time watching the Houston Armadillos and New Orleans Crawdaddy's get after it.

The New Orleans Crawdaddy's beat the Houston Armadillos, 12-3, at Old League Park. Don Jones was 2 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. The slugging right fielder was a menace to Houston all day. New Orleans now has a 3-game win streak.

Jones came through for the Crawdaddy's in the bottom of the second inning. With New Orleans leading 2-1, the right fielder drew a walk, driving in 1 run. It made the score 3-1, New Orleans.

"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said Jones.
