 | Hornets Star Wins Outstanding Pitcher Award Monday, October 30th, 2034 The Philadelphia Hornets have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Harold Gregory, this year's SDMB League Outstanding Pitcher Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Gregory compiled a 18-6 record in 32 starts, tallied 202 strikeouts in 264.2 innings and recorded a 1.94 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .207 batting average against him. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Erik Moore of the Philadelphia Hornets finished second in voting, while William Brooks of the Appalachian Black Bears finished third.
