 | Saturday, September 19th, 2020: Alfonso Cabaņa Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year The season is apparently over for Alfonso Cabaņa. The Maui Mashers medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 1-2 weeks with a tender elbow. Cabaņa was hurt in the game against Ohio while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. In 54 relief appearances in 2020, Cabaņa has nailed down the victory 3 times for his club. In 75.1 innings he has fanned 60 batters and walked 23. His won-lost record is 6-1 with a 3.70 ERA. |
