Wilmington starter Carlos Salazar had a strong outing against the Toronto Beavers at Old League Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 2-1 win. The loss puts Toronto at 5-5.

Will López was the walk-off hero for Wilmington. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Atlantics shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Salazar told the Wilmington Times.
