2020 was a fine season for Houston first baseman Nigel Bryant and it became official today that he had won the SDMB League batting title with an impressive .361 mark. In 162 games he piled up 223 hits, 49 doubles, 5 triples, 50 home runs, 140 RBIs and 145 runs scored.

Armadillos shortstop Dusty Huff was at the top of the heap in the Sub League 1 this season and today he nabbed the AAA Outstanding Hitter Award.
In 2020 he rang up 156 hits, 42 doubles, 5 triples, 19 home runs, 87 RBIs and 96 runs scored. All those numbers helped him to build his .355 batting average and .405 on-base percentage.

| Tuesday, September 1st, 2020: Bryant Captures SDMB Batter of Month Award
When Nigel Bryant stepped up to the plate in August, he did it with confidence and today he was honored with the SDMB League Batter of the Month award.
The young Houston first baseman posted a .355 batting average with 9 home runs, 25 RBIs and scored 27 runs. Bryant also worked pitchers for 23 walks to post a .466 on-base percentage.
This season Bryant is batting .353 with 44 home runs. His totals include 125 RBIs and 131 runs scored.
